Who is WIMS?

Women in Mine Stability (WIMS) is a group of highly motivated women, and allies, that work or study in technical disciplines within mine slope stability. The group promotes community and collaboration to increase representation of women in the global technical community. They provide visible diverse leadership to those who currently may not see many career role models to aspire to or seek guidance from.

We welcome everyone who supports these goals, from all career stages.
